The return/refund/exchange request should be made within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Claims will be considered only with a full opening video of the parcel showing the defect or damage.
Up to 5% color variation must be accepted, as it may vary based on screen resolution and display settings of various electronic devices.
The customer is responsible for arranging return shipping, as we do not offer pickup services.
Return shipping charges are non-refundable unless there is visible damage or a defect in the product.
Stitched or customized orders cannot be returned unless there is damage.
The item must be in its original delivered condition.
Once we receive and verify the item, we will initiate the return and refund process.
Please make a 360° nonstop opening video of the parcel to claim your return or refund.
Cancellation of Order.
Once you have booked the order, we do not encourage cancellation from the user end. For payment made online, the refund will be done to the bank account only within 72 hours.
